Does the system provide an organoid-friendly environment?

Yes, it does! The system is designed to fit into a flow hood and gently manipulate
organoids. It also integrates filters and biocompatible autoclavable parts
to ensure a sterile environment for your organoids. Bio-validation experiments have shown no significant impact on the integrity and development of cerebral and retinal organoids.

How are the organoids classified?

The system integrates a bright field microscope that takes a close-up image of each organoid. This enables
automated classification based on classic morphological features (size, circularity, etc.) as well as more specific features thanks to AI solutions.

Can I use my own classification method for the organoid quality?

Yes, you can. The software is designed to allow you to plug in your own classification method if you prefer.

Can I order a system to integrate it in my lab?

Our MVP can be integrated into your lab as our partners have already done, but it is not yet a product (soon !). We can discuss an integration solution and timeline according to your need. Please feel free to contact us!

My need is a bit specific (different labware, different organoid size, etc.), can I still use ORGADROID?
